    For this exhibition at East Window Gallery in Boulder, CO, Impact Arts presents works by three artists incarcerated at Arkansas Valley Correctional Facility: Hector Castillo, Sonny Lee, and Mario Rios. All three men are gifted painters and storytellers who use their artwork to convey deep and uncomfortable truths about our system of mass incarceration.
